Life abilities have things to do with your life…yeahhhh…

  • Animal Charmer – 10pts You have a natural talent for dealing with animals, and can somewhat communicate with the more intelligent non-sentient ones. You can tame a wild beast given enough time.
  • Connections – 5pts You have a good amount of connections with a particular group of people or organization.
  • Forger – 10pts You know how to create light and basic armor and bladed weapons, such as a basic sword, rapier, knife, etc.
    • Master Armorer – 15pts You can create complex, heavy, and even powered armor.
    • Master Weaponsmith – 15pts You know how to create Vibro weapons and similar magnificent blades.
      • Grandmaster Armorer – 20pts Given the time you can create armor that is a work of art and imbued with special abilities. What these abilities are depends on how the armor was forged. You can analyze enemy armor and find their weaknesses even if you are unfamiliar with their design.
      • Grandmaster Weaponsmith – 20pts Given the time you can create weapons that are works of art and imbued with special abilities. What these abilites are depends on how the armor was forged. These weapons are exceptionally easy to use and sell for far higher prices than normal on the weapons market. Those not skilled in the weapons use will have an easier time wielding it even if they lack the Weapon Ability skill required for it.
  • Hunter Sense – 15pts You’ve hunted things for so long, you’ve developed a natural sense of when you are close to your prey. While this doesn’t pinpoint where your target is, it does let you know when they’re in the same area as you.
    • Greater Hunter Sense – 30pts Beyond the amateur hunters you can now tell if your prey is on the same planet as you. You also get a general sense of direction.
      • Master Hunter Sense – 60pts You can now tell if they are in the same system as you. If they are not in the same system, you can narrow it down to a few other likely systems due to your overdeveloped hunting instincts.
  • Light Eater – 10pts You don’t have to consume as much food as others of your race in order to replenish energy and survive.
  • Light Sleeper – 15pts You don’t require as much sleep as others of your race, and when you do awake, you are instantly alert and ready to act.
  • Lucky – 20pts You are particularly lucky. Games of chance and the like often favor you. You can attempt to plot a blind hyperspace course and likely not go through a star. If you roll a 20 on the Crit or Fail table it is like you rolled a 15.
  • Mechanic – 20pts You have a natural talent for fixing and building basic things, like a blaster or broken control panel. You can even jury-rig them if you have enough time.
    • Professional Mechanic – 40pts You can fix and build complex things, such as a droid or a spacecraft. You are able to jury-rig more complex things, and can now jury-rig basic things very quickly.
      • Mechanical Genius – 70pts You could build a Death Star if someone gave you the plans. Yeah…
  • Noble – 15pts You were born into a family of nobles and have a few connections among the upper crust in the galaxy.
    • Royalty – 30pts Not only is your family noble, but you are of a royal line and known as a prince or princess. You are recognized easily by those who keep track of such things, and are generally given respect because of it. A name drop can at times give you beneficial results. Not all the normal rules apply to you, meaning you are sometimes above the law in your actions.
  • Pilot – 15pts You know how to pilot anything. Ships, transports, you name it, you can fly it.
    • Ace Pilot – 30pts Your piloting abilities are beyond the norm. You can always get an extra kick out of a ship that even a mechanic can’t explain, such as a temporary increase in speed, shield boost, weapons fire boost, etc. You’re skilled at combat piloting.
  • Racial Abilities
    • Firrerreo – Your species heals faster than others, if you buy the Quick Healer ability it is 5 points less than listed. Also, bright light doesn’t effect your vision as much as other races.
    • Falleen Most Falleen are of noble birth, they are able to buy the Noble ability for 5 points less than the actual cost.
    • Twi’lek ’s have amazing vision and can see in low light. They get this for free at character generation.
  • Scoundrel – 15pts You are good at pick pocketing and sleight of hand tricks, you know how to cheat at cards, you can identify easy targets, along with other shady type things. Stealing and such from other people are often based off in part by the battle attribute, so be careful!
    • Scounrdreling Nerfherder – 30pts You are amazing at making deals and convincing others that you’re an honest fellow! You are able to find weaknesses in security and know how to exploit them; such as casing a bank vault, enemy stronghold, etc.
  • Sprinter – 10pts You can run longer distances than others without growing tired or needing to rest.
    • Amazing Sprinter – 20pts You can run all day and all night. The only thing that would stop you is the need to eat or sleep.
  • Stealthy – 10pts You are particularly good at being silent, and know how to lurk in the shadows without drawing attention to yourself.
    • One With Shadow – 20pts You can blend into the shadows easily. If there is a crowd you are able to become one with them, eluding pursuers. You are only noticed in a group if you choose too be.
  • Striking Looks – 15pts You are gorgeous! Or handsome. Whatever you want to call it. Even members of different species can tell you’re a cut above the rest.
    • Astonishing Looks – 30pts Even beyond the level of gorgeous, people can’t help but stare at you. You possess a level of looks that seems beyond perfect. Members of the opposite sex often stare at you with their mouths open. Members of other species have second thoughts about their racism, etc.
  • Superior Eyesight – 10pts Your eyes are better than the average persons. You can see further and make out objects in the distance better than others. Your vision at night is better as well.
  • Survivalist – 10pts You are skilled at finding edible foods, and covered shelter, even in the most remote or barren locations, such as the desert of tattooine.
  • Techie – 20pts You have a basic understand of technology and how it functions. You can do a few things with tech that the average user can’t, and are able to bypass basic security systems with enough time.
    • Slicer – 40pts You have studied technology and have a vast knowledge of its workings. You can do a lot of stuff with technology and the like that most average people cannot even attempt. Basic security systems are like open doors to you, and more complex ones only take a bit more time. You can reprogram droids, write programs, etc.
      • Technological Genius – 70pts There are some who simply have a natural understanding of technology. It is as the air they breathe. Technology is an open book to you, and even the most complex security programs only give you slight pause. You could write your own programming language, design droid software, etc.
        • Slicer Mastermind – 130pts You have gone beyond the ordinary limits of understanding technology. Complex security systems are a child’s plaything. You understand every computer language within minutes of observing it. You can reprogram software in ways that would baffle ordinary slicers. You could create new software no one has ever thought of before.
  • Tracker – 10pts You have a basic understanding of following peoples trails and hunting beasts, even across hard to read terrain.
    • Master Tracker – 20pts You can follow trails in even the most barren of places with the smallest of clues. A disturbance of dust or a scent in the air.
  • Trap Specialist – 10pts You can build, disarm, and identify complex traps providing materials for such are available too you. This ranges from a pit with meat hanging above it, to a tripline with explosives attatched and more. Spotting traps is resisted by the mind attribute, though people with this ability have an advantage on noticing them more than any layman. IT’S A TRAP!
  • Quick Healer – 15pts You’ve always been a quick healer, whether you were naturally born that way, or had some kind of cybernetic implant. You don’t have to rest as often as others and recover from wounds faster as well.
